Arrival & Departure Timings

Check-In time is 2 PM and Check-Out Time is 12 noon Early arrival is subject to availability.

Identity Proof

As per the Government rules we request all the guests to carry a photo identity at check-in. Foreign nationals are requested to present their passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued identity cards e.g. driving licence, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. Pan Card will not be accepted.

Cancellation and emendation

Cancellation and emendation in the booking can be done. But it’s Guest responsibilities to tell us on prior information is required at least a 15 days before the Check-inn date.

Cancellation Policy

• 15 days before arrival we will refund 90% of the amount.
• 8-14 days before arrival we will refund 45% of the amount.
• 7 or less days before the arrival date, then we charge 100% of the amount.

Refund Policy

Receiving the request for cancellation from the guest (as per cancellation/no show policy) we will transfer the payment in 2 days.
